“How long does shipping take”

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Express shipping takes 1-3 business days

Overnight shipping takes 1 business day IF ordered before 12pm. Anything after 12pm will ship next business day. Order Processing days are INCLUDED*

“Do you offer refunds or exchanges”

NO we do not offer refunds nor exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds & Exchanges may be considered under certain conditions & circumstances but absolutely no obligations.

“What is the process of picking up”

Once you complete your order online and select pick up as your delivery method. I will contact you via your preferred contact method within 24 hours to schedule a pick up time. If you would like to pick up the same day you order, you can contact me to see if I am available for you to pick up same day and I will let you

“What is the delivery process”

When you order you can select local delivery as your delivery method. I will contact you via your preferred contact method within 24 hours  after you order to let you know when I will deliver your order to you.

*NON RUSH Local delivery is $10 at my earliest convenience. Meaning I will deliver your order to you once I get a chance but within one week of your order date.

*RUSH Local Delivery is $20 & I will deliver within 1-2 business days from order date.

“Are items on hand?”

YES all of our items are physically on hand. Nothing is preorder unless it is specified.
